Tom Petty was one of the bridges between whatever my parents were listening to and to a plenty of things I went on to discover on my own.

Today he was found unconscious and not breathing in his Malibu home. After being rushed to the hospital and put on life support, no brain activity was found. The plug was then pulled.

Tom Petty. Dead at 66 years old.
