Did Ted Cruz visit one of the DC Madam's stable of prostitutes in the 1990's and early 2000's? That is a question that may be answered very soon, as a list of client phone numbers may be released.

Just last week, Cruz was accused of cheating on his wife with at least five women, one of which was alleged to be a high priced prostitute. Cruz did not respond to the initial report, dismissing it as lies fabricated by Trump's friends at the National Enquirer. But after this weekends revelations, he finally did have to address the elephant in the room by telling Fox News:

"I have always been faithful to my wife."

Is this just word play, though? So is he just splitting hairs, picking specific words to make it seem less icky? Ted and Heidi didn't get married until 2001, so any "visits" to prostitutes would be unflattering and potentially qualify as cheating on his girlfriend or fiancee, but wouldn't qualify as cheating on his wife. As a very religious man, touting his Evangelical family values, visiting a prostitute and paying for sex would be frowned up, at the very least.

Britain's Daily Mail reports that the DC Madam's former lawyer, Montgomery Blair Sibley, is trying to lift a gag order preventing him from releasing the phone records. He has been in the DC news in recent months after asserting that there are number(s) on the client list that would have an impact on the presidential election, although he does not say which candidate it would affect.

Again, these are only allegations at this time. If the gag order is lifted, expect the list of numbers to be made public quickly.
