Fox News went after public schools today, but this time they did it with a twist.

During a segment on Fox & Friends, guest Sam Sorbo actually took a shot at Bernie Sanders, along with all public schools across the land.

The panel was in the midst of an echo chamber-like discussion of Common Core, and how terrible it is, and by extension, just how terrible public schools are.

Sorbo began on a conciliatory note. "I don't blame the teachers. I blame the system."

And then it got downright weird.

"But here we have a system that is indoctrinating our children into slavery and the proof of that is Bernie Sanders," she claimed. "Because you have a whole group of students now who believe in socialism. And they weren't taught that socialism is the greatest form of slavery known to mankind. It has murdered in the hundreds of millions of people. And yet, we have young people who believe in socialism and they're voting for Bernie Sanders. It's an outrage."

Sorbo just managed to prove that homeschooling is a terrible, terrible idea. If she doesn't know the difference between socialist countries and totalitarian communist regimes, how can we even expect her to understand what slavery actually is?

Fox News is suddenly worried that Bernie's going to impose some dastardly totalitarian regime on us? Nay, Fox News. That person is Donald Trump, not Bernie Sanders.
