During ABC's This Week Powerhouse Roundtable, after Matthew Dowd vilified Trump's remarks, Alex Castellano and Mary Matalin did their best to defend Trump from his sex tape comments, but the former Dick Cheney counselor got frustrated and characterized the hubbub swirling around Ms. Universe and many other females that Trump has attacked as "Venezuelan tarts."

In the ABC News transcript they've edited out the "tarts" reference so it reads, "But that's part of this underlying what's going on out there? And we're all talking about Venezuela and everything."

Matthew Dowd, George Bush's former chief strategist started the round table debate by saying, "This is Hurricane Donald this weekend as a category 5 when you look at this...I think Donald Trump, both his political career and I think in many ways the debate tonight is his financial career is on the line. His brand is seriously damaged."

Mary Matalin dutifully brought up Monica Lewinsky and tried to paint the entire Republican Party as much more "Holier than thou" than Democrats.

Trump operative Alex Castellanos immediately claimed this election is not about either of the candidates at all, but about change.

Dowd came back and said, "This is somebody [Trump] celebrating sexual predation, right. And in the 1990s, as Mary just mentioned, the Republicans went out of their way saying that a sexual predator shouldn't be in the White House."

Castellano then jumped in and said that Bill Clinton was reelected, intimating that what Trump said is meaningless.

Dowd came back and said how hypocritical 2016 Republicans are over Trump's lewd remarks and Lady McCheney kept characterizing Trump's words as just some silly "locker room talk."

Castellanos kept trying to pull Bill Clinton back into the discussion and Rep. Ellison wouldn't have any of it and said, "Nice bait and switch."

Stephanie Cutter then asked if Trump should be president and said, "And I think the answer to that question, the answer is no."

Mary Matalin then lost it and replied, "Whatever women are experiencing in the workplace, I'm not discounting that and I'm not defending him, but on the radio today, three out of four voters said they will cast their vote based on health care. Their coverage has gone up, their premiums have doubled, their deductibles are sky-rocketed and their care has been cut in half.

But that's part of this underlying what's going on out there? And we're all talking about Venezuela tarts and everything."

Who knew the former Miss Universe, Alicia Machado and every other women Trump has slimed and humiliated were Venezuelan tarts?

Donald Trump said he actually did the things he said to Billy Bush, which is sexual harassment at the very least, but you know...it's the Venezuelan tarts' fault.

Is Mary no claiming that maybe they do deserve to have their "p's" manhandled?
