Donald Trump is notorious for his jealousy of Barack Obama, taking his obsession with his predecessor to great lengths. Usually, former Presidents unveil their portraits during their successor's term, but that tradition changed when Trump took office.

Despite the Obamas being gracious to the Trumps when the former reality show star won the 2016 election, Trump refused to hold the ceremony to honor our country's first Black President with the event.

Trump's pettiness is now only displayed on his failing social platform, Truth Social. And things are being made right again.

The Obamas just received a standing ovation upon returning to the White House for their official portrait unveiling, and it's everything. The petty, petulant, wannabe potentate is probably hate-watching the event.

The last president to host the tradition was Obama in 2012 when former President George W. Bush and former First Lady Laura Bush joined him in the East Room to unveil their portraits.
