Donald Trump, COME ON DOWN...for indictment number FOUR! Finally, the indictment we have all been waiting for: Fani Willis has officially pulled the trigger on the Fulton County, Georgia indictment and it is a DOOZY.

Barricades and fencing went up days ago, so this is not totally unexpected. But it is bad news for the defendant. These charges relate to Trump's attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Fani Willis, the District Attorney, had convened a special grand jury and interviewed over 75 witnesses as she built her case. The special grand jury could not indict, though. It served in an advisory capacity only and generated a complex report that had parts released to the public.

The Grand Jury returned TEN indictments in total, at least one of which was against Donald Trump.

We will add documents and specifics on the indictments when they are released in a few hours.

Donald Trump's calendar is getting extremely full...of court dates. Unlike the federal cases, a state conviction cannot be pardoned. Fingers crossed this one sticks.

UPDATE 1: Holy Moly here are the counts. 19 individuals, 41 separate indictments

And that RICO charge is a long time coming but right on the money.

But wait, there's more!!! Here are some of the conspirators in the indictment: Mark Meadows, Jeff Clark, Rudy Giuliani, Mike Roman, Jenna Ellis, John Eastman, Kenneth Chesebro, Ray Smith, David Shaffer, Sydney Powell, Scott Hall, Misty Hampton (Coffee County election supervisor).
