Can you believe that another Republican was caught lying? I know it seems incredible, but it's true. Republican presidential hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy claimed protesters deliberately rammed into his car while in Iowa. Ramaswamy had an exchange with some protesters outside of a venue, and it seemed to go OK. However, Ramaswamy claimed his vehicle was hit in retaliation after the conversation, which was mostly civil. He handled it well until he did a fundraising email blast over the incident that never happened.
The Hill reports that the police said there is no evidence to back up his claim and that only one woman was in the car that hit Lyin' Ramaswamy's. Further, she did not know that the vehicle belonged to him, and she did not flee the scene.
