Like many of her colleagues, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R-Trump) is grabbing credit for something she voted against. They never learn. It's almost as if Republicans don't think we know how to Google. We see you. All of you.

Her local newspaper in Potsdam wrote up a glowing article on how Stefanik "played a crucial role in securing" $1,857,000 for a Water District Development Project. The author of that article added a note without editing out the lie.

Updated at 12:51 p.m. March 13 to include Stefanik's vote against the Nov. 2021 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law General Supplement grant program.

How embarrassing. And Stefanik is bragging about that article to continue the big fat Trumpian lie. She took it to Xitter to spread her false statement about the funds for the project.

Ms. Liar Pants was called out:

What a despicable woman. That's what MAGA does to a person's brain. They have no shame, moral compass, or sense of right and wrong. And that includes the author of that puff piece on Stefanik that says:

"This is a big result that we have delivered to the people of Massena. Bringing clean water and improving infrastructure is a top priority for the members of my district," Stefanik told North Country This Week.

There is no apology from the author. Stefanik isn't working for her constituents. She's working to get the Veep spot from Trump. She has an audience of one.
