Tonight's music club comes to you from the man who claimed to be the inventor of jazz, Ferdinand "Jelly Roll" Morton. Whether or not there is any truth to that claim is debatable, as it's pretty audacious to claim that you invented a genre, but you can't deny the man's skill as a pianist.

Aptly titled "Finger Breaker" (sometimes "Finger Buster"), this piece showcases Morton's virtuosic abilities as a ragtime pianist, making him one of the pioneers of the genre's style.
