Julia Kociuban - from the hands of 19 year olds, difficult stuff.

The Summer Festivals are roaring ahead. This week it's from the Roque d'Antheron International Piano Festival in France with a recital by gifted wunderkind 19 year-old Polish pianist Julia Kociuban in music of Chopin and Liszt. It was recorded live and direct just last week (August 5th) by the venerable Radio France Musique and their seemingly exhaustion-proof engineers. The concert lasts a little over an hour so it all fits on one player. Nice concert and it always amazes me the flood of new talent is nowhere near being tapped out.

For you note takers:

Enjoy.
